We are excited to welcome Deric Ellerman as our new Project Engineer.  Deric is responsible for estimating and preconstruction.  Prior to joining our team, Deric was a construction manager for Keystone Homes where he coordinated the construction of multiple new custom homes and multifamily housing.    He was also a job superintendent for a custom home building company in Delaware. Deric is a graduate of the Pennsylvania School of Technology and has a degree in Building & Construction.
