We conducted tenant fit outs for two restaurants serving Acai bowls, smoothies, refreshing juices and other delicious treats.  This full-service restaurant includes a full kitchen, food prep/service line and dining room.  We provided a surfer/beach theme including many fine finishes.  The Keller team also created  a lot of high end carpentry finishes.

Interior fit out for new restaurant, converting a former Ruby Tuesdays. The 3500 SF restaurant has a drive-thru food pickup window and order confirmation kiosk, a full kitchen, walk-in food storage, soda vending system, front of the house serving/order pick-up area and seating for 60 diners. All utility services were upgraded or replaced including electrical service, natural gas, water, sewage and grease interceptor and communication systems.
