In Harrisburg, we converted a former Ruby Tuesdays. The 3500 SF restaurant has a drive-thru food pickup window and order confirmation kiosk, a full kitchen, walk-in food storage, soda vending system, front of the house serving/order pick-up area and seating for 60 diners. All utility services were upgraded or replaced including electrical service, natural gas, water, sewage and grease interceptor and communication systems.
